Field Trip May 4th

Dear Parents:

Our last field trip of the year will take place on Friday, May 4^th, 2012 at  NC Natural Museum of Natural Sciences, Raleigh. We ask that you make sure that your child has   snack, lunch, bottled waters with them on that day.  If you are coming to chaperone, you will be requested to tour the museum with some students who don’t have parents to chaperone them. We are going to follow the schedule below:

8:40 -- Load/Board Bus
8:45 -- Leave school/parking lot
9:30 -- Arrive
9:30-9:45 -- Listen to directions and make our way to curiosity class.
9:45-11:15 -- Curiosity Class
11:15-11:45 -- Snack/ Bathroom Break front of museum
11:45-1:15 -- Explore Museum/ Answer Scavenger Hunt
1:15-1:55 -- Lunch/ Bathroom Break
1:55-2:00 -- Load bus and return to school
2:00- 2:40 -- Bus ride home
2:40 -- Arrive at school

If you plan to take your child home after the trip,   you will be asked to complete a sign out sheet that we will bring to the field trip site.
